Strategy
The Austin team have an incredible understanding of their clients’ needs. We wanted to capture this alignment, so we made a point to position them closer to their customers than to their competitors. This started with simplifying their name to just Austin, and developing a strategy the was built around the connections they create between their clients and locations.

Drawing influence from the founder's love of Scandinavian design, we developed a bespoke typeface called Austin Sans which forms the backbone of the brand's visual identity.

The typeface features rounded alternative characters that were used to create the logotype so that it felt adjacent to the brand language, but had its own distinct character.

To communicate the comprehensive list of services that Austin provide to their clients, it was important to build an incredibly hard-working website for the brand.

We developed a site that features a breakdown of they can support landlords and occupiers alike, testimonials from existing clients, as well as a journal section and listings of their available properties.
