Lautus is a luxury creative consultancy specialising in creating bespoke events and content targeted towards a highly-discerning clientele. They came to us ahead of their launch to develop their brand identity, and position them as the authority within their industry.

Strategy
Lautus' offer is based around creating luxury content, targeted at high-net-worth individuals.

In a world dominated by social media and the dissemination of information, we honed in on the idea that the ultimate luxury is in fact privacy, and access to experiences and knowledge that money can't buy. This lead us to our overarching idea for the brand, 'you had to be there'.

identity
As a meticulous, detail-oriented business, we made sure this was reflected in Lautus' visual identity. We developed a custom wordmark that nods to the more traditional tones of their audience, but imbuing it with a subtle contemporary flair.

Design system
Embracing the brand idea of 'you had to be there', we created a design system whereby instead of showing their work, we created animated vignettes that evoke the feelings and mood of each event – from slower and insightful, to vibrant and animating.
