An international property consultancy working with some of the world’s most exciting developers, landlords and brands, Gillingham Bell have been quietly shaping the direction of major hospitality developments around the world.

We began working with them at an early stage in their business to create a brand that would reflect what they valued in their own clients — design-led, sophisticated, and setting the tone for their industry.

Strategy
We set out to establish the brand as having an International reach and being influenced by their experience advising developers and brands. Our strategy was built around the idea of British heritage, modern approach.

identity
The visual identity was built around contrasts — a strong presence but attention to details. We used the heavy, dominant Ginto Nord typeface for the wordmark and headers, and complimented it with Monument Grotesk in a much lighter weight for all of the details.

The brand's online presence is centred around fusing together the work they do for landlords and brands, demonstrating how Gillingham Bell's experience with both inform and influence each other.
